Frenchwoman Loïs Boisson, world number 361 before the tournament, who was a surprise semi-finalist at Roland-Garros, spoke about her crazy fortnight on the set of France 2's "20 Heures" on Friday, June 6.

The day after her semi-final defeat against Coco Gauff, Loïs Boisson reflected on her exceptional performance at Roland-Garros on France 2's "20 Heures" on Friday, June 6. "I'm only going to remember the positives from this fortnight. Obviously a little disappointed not to have been able to do better yesterday, but she (Coco Gauff) was too strong," confided the French player.

Before the tournament, Loïs Boisson was ranked 361st in the world. "I've always had confidence in myself," explains the athlete, who had "the goal of going all the way." "It's inevitable for high-level sport, you have to have very big ambitions to be able to give your all every day. The goals have to be big," continues the Frenchwoman, who has come a long way since she had surgery on her cruciate ligaments in her knee last year. "I've always done everything at 100%, sometimes it was a little too much. You have to know how to take days off and disconnect. This injury taught me a lot about that," she explains.
